Biography

The semester ended with a dope concert and the introduction to many new friendships and collaborations.  Shout out to Pidi, DJSA, Chris, MF, B.Gravity, and everyone else who came together that day of the concert.  Extended shouts again to Pidi, Chris and Jus for connectin'.  The Kweli concert turned into a memory of not only a dope performance but the beginning of many get togethers and unique minds lookin' out for one another.  During the summer Lee continued to hold down radio from 7pm to midnight and dedicating an entire program to one of his favorite albums, Illmatic. Having decided to stay in LC for the first time in many years during the summer, Lee also began working with the Trio Technology Camp on projects related to poetry, audio recording, youth radio and more.  For more information on the program click here.  The creative writing workshops also continued with the Voices Behind Walls program in both El Paso, TX and Las Cruces, NM.  During the summer Lee tuned up and completed the necessary codes and graphics for the the program's own website: voicesbehindwalls.org
