Soul rotation expands to a two hour program for Soul/Funk/Jazz on Friday night's Soul Session (6-8pm), Hip Hop continues on Rap120 (8-10pm) and The Representation Show (6-8pm) - Sunday. Ashraf and Phil also began to volunteer during the hours of 10 pm to 12 midnight every Friday with some old school Hip Hop flavor, 95' and everything before. Rotation also begins to include an automated Hip Hop program from 12 midnight to 5 am on Fridays. This program rotated hundreds of different hip hop singles on a weekly basis. Online programming continued and a new Message Board went into effect. The sites very first online interview is conducted with Da Network from Toronto, Canada. Local interviews were also done live on air with Chase Millions, J-Brasco and Shai. Strategy was among some of the freestyle performances that participated this year on KRUX. Gabriella Hernandez also particiapted in the first live spoken word poetry reading during the Soul Session to a Wes Montgomery instrumental. Over the summer relocation comes into effect leaving time for planning. |
